Thorough Hearing Evaluation - We offer a comprehensive 10-step hearing evaluation to clearly determine if you could be helped by hearing aids.
Setting Realistic Expectations - Prior to purchasing your hearing aids, we will review with you the benefits and limitations of your hearing aids. Learning to adjust to a hearing aid will take patience and cooperation on your part, and we want you to be fully informed about what you can realistically expect from hearing with amplification.
Minimum Loss To Fit - Your hearing test results must indicate a loss within a range where a hearing aid could help you. If you can't be helped by a hearing aid, we will be the first to tell you.
Quality Control Review - Your hearing aid fitting will be made or reviewed and approved by a hearing aid specialist who is certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences or an audioprosthologist.
Verification of Benefit- Within 30 days of delivery of your hearing instruments, through comparative tests we will demonstrate to you the improvement you have achieved in hearing and comprehension.
Personalized Follow-Up Schedule - We will outline a specific follow-up schedule to help you adjust to hearing with hearing aids. We will help you get comfortable with and knowledgeable about your hearing aids, and we will make any necessary adjustments to the aids themselves.
30- Day Refund Privilege - We want you to enjoy your hearing aids. But if you are not happy with your Beltones, we offer a 30-day refund privilege. Please asks us for full details including the amount of applicable, non-refundable preparation fee.
Lifetime Care Program - Beltone backs every instrument sold with a nationwide program of continuing care. We will clean, inspect, and adjust your Beltones absolutely free during the lifetime at any one of over 3,000 Beltone offices and service centers.
Warranty and Lost, Stolen and Damaged Protection - You will receive free of charge a three-year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty and 2 years of Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Coverage (LS&D). A $200 deductible applies to LS&D claims.
Two-Year Hearing Loss Change Protection - Beltone will provide you with a more powerful hearing instrument, free of charge, if within two years of purchasing your hearing aids tests reveal a loss of 15 or more decibels in the primary speech frequencies.
